These terms cover your use of this website and the early-access waitlist it offers. rcvd is currently in private, pre-launch development — this site describes rcvd and lets you request early access; it is not itself the rcvd product, and using it doesn't create an account or a subscription.

Requesting early access

Submitting your email through this site is an expression of interest, not a purchase, a contract for service, or a guarantee that you'll receive access. We'll reach out using the email address you provide as access becomes available.

Acceptable use

Please don't use this site to submit false or misleading information, to attempt to access parts of the site you're not authorized to use, to interfere with the site's normal operation, or to scrape, harvest, or misuse information from the site or its early-access form.

Site availability

This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, while rcvd is still in development. We may change or take down any part of this site, including the early-access form, at any time.

Ownership

The rcvd name, logo, and the content of this site belong to rcvd. Nothing here gives you a license to use them except to view this site in the ordinary course of browsing it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rcvd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as rcvd moves from pre-launch to a live product. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
