Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

rcvd ("rcvd," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website to share information about rcvd and to offer early access ahead of launch. This policy explains what information we collect through this site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you request early access, we collect the work email address you provide, which is required, and the company name you provide, which is optional. We do not ask for your phone number, home address, or any other personal details through this site.

When you submit the early-access form, our server briefly uses the IP address your request comes from to guard against automated spam. We do not store IP addresses alongside your submission in our database.

We do not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site.

How we use this information

We use the information you submit to let you know when early access opens, to follow up about your interest in rcvd, and to understand demand ahead of launch. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We use Supabase, a third-party database provider, to store the information you submit. Your information is stored on Supabase's infrastructure under our account; Supabase does not use it for its own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your information until you ask us to remove it, or until it's no longer needed for the purpose you gave it to us for.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing privacy@rcvdco.com. Every launch update we send will also include a way to opt out of future messages.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll do our best to let people already on the early-access list know.
